Guest Napper #136: Eating and Exercising

Tis the season when adults must not miss workouts, lest the extra helpings of pie take over the waistline.

Why, just this morning, I was sweating it out. Workin’ the abs. Stretchin’ the hamstrings to work off the ham. Why did I not think of this brilliant idea, compliments of little Logan?

DO THE EXERCISES AT THE TABLE!

Nice! A quad stretch!

He looks really relaxed. Yoga and yogurt. Together at last.

Relaxation is the best part at the end of a workout. Or meal.

Now THAT is a timesaver, folks.

While visions of jumping jacks dance in his head…

If this is Logan’s stretching routine, I can’t wait to see Logan’s run. Dream on, little buddy!
